We will do our best to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. Deliveries
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.sabsabworld.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us, and complete when we send email confirmation to you that we've received your order and the order has been accepted. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in the despatch email, do not form part of that contract. We aim to despatch your goods from within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have despatched your order. Please note that all products will be sent via Standard Delivery. Standard delivery is a non-trackable service. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. Multiple delivery addresses in the same order will result in multiple delivery charges. For shipping options, please see 'Shipping Options' at the foot of the page. Please ensure you enter your delivery address details accurately. Any parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery address details will be refunded minus the delivery charge. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Sab Sab World, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable packages
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to buy those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.

Customs
When ordering goods from sabsabworld.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once, the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from sabsabworld.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared.

Special Orders
If you have a very specific order, that for any reason, our website cannot accommodate, then please contact us, outlining all the details of your enquiry, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please contact us on info@sabsabworld.com

Refund & Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received from Sab Sab World website, then we will be happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:
• Returns should be made within 28 days and in the original packaging
• The product has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition
To return an item, please send it to us at the following address, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning/claiming a refund. We cannot provide refunds on greeting cards, stickers, bookmarks, and gift tags. However, in the case of Personalised/Custom made greeting Cards, because all orders are personalised with individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made it the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications of the order.

Sab Sab World will, from time to time, show you offers and recommendations from ourselves, or third parties, in order to improve the service we provide to you.
